GUS MAUK

 Gus is an artist currently doing comic covers for Image, IDW, Dynamite, and Blackbox, among others. A few notable properties he's worked on are GI Joe, Red Sonja, Vampirella, Snakeyes Deadgame, Sweet Paprilka, Department of Truth, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and many more. He is the artist and co creator for Blackbox Comics' best selling samurai epic, Shi No Kage.  Gus started out as a portrait artist using charcoal and graphite to create hyper-realistic portraits, which are well known across the country. In the last few years he made the transition to comic work, and still uses his charcoal medium to produce realistic comic covers on occasion.
